1. Acceptance of Terms

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 689ph reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

12. Termination and Account Closure

689ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws;
• Fraudulent activity, cheating, or any form of abuse;
• Failure to provide required verification documents;
• Prolonged account inactivity;
• At our sole discretion, for business or operational reasons.

Upon termination of your account, any outstanding bonuses, promotional funds, or pending bets will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any amounts owed to 689ph) will be refunded to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures, provided your account is in good standing and fully verified.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure is subject to verification and may take up to seven (7) business days to process.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

689ph shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service provider failures.
